How long until I receive my order?

We try our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. For more information on shipping, please view our Shipping Policy.

Do you allow returns?

Because our designs are unique, one-of-a-kind, and made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer returns or exchanges at this time, so please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and product photos carefully before completing your purchase.

Do you offer local pickup and delivery?

We currently do NOT offer local pick-up or local delivery as a shipping option. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

To request a change to your order, please email us at heather@cowgirlishco.com! Any changes to an order must be made BEFORE the order is shipped out.

Do you offer custom designs or personalizations?

At this time, we do NOT offer custom designs or personalizations to our products. If you’re a DESIGNER and interested in collaborating with Cowgirl-ish Co., please contact us directly at heather@cowgirlishco.com!

What happened if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item is scanned into the delivery system, it is no longer in our hands. We are so sorry!
